haw come i feel difrent at homethan at school. i know i have anger isues but im 5' 7" and like 150 punds so evan though im antimidating no 1 takes me seriusly. and at home. i never kenw my dad so thats a problom. my family wants me to do evrything i cant do. evan though i try that want me to do more. i am realy over stressed.

How old are you?? There is a program called Big Brothers (I think.) Young people are matched up with adult roll models.. Sounds like this would be great for you. Sounds like you need an older male adult in your life. Someone to answer your questions and show you how to do some of the things your family expects you to do. Maybe you could talk to the school counselor and he could give you some advise. This may not be very helpful but it is the best I can do. Good Luck.

Dude, All you need to do is try to calm down. Try to explain to your family and friends that push you to do things that you can't. Tell them that you have tried to do these things but you can't do them and that no one is perfect. If we were all perfect we wouldn't be human. Don't let people get to you. It is not worth it to get stressed and worked up over things that aren't that important. I know that is is easier said then done but this is what i was told by one of my teachers when I was in grade school and I tried it and it really worked. But it was harder for me and it is harder for me now because i have lost my whole family and I am only 22 years old. i know family can be pushy and expect alot from you but just be glad that you have someone there to be with you. Just try not to let them get to you. I hope that I was able to help you. Good Luck.
