A favourite dish of my own.Is fried green beans, however i do not make them how they are made elsehwere.I do not put a breading on mine.It is quick, and a delicious way to jazz up some ol' canned green beans. All you do is take a can of green beans, and drain the liquid off.Rinse them off,to make sure that the liquid is completely removed. While these are drying off and draining place about one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and one tablespoon of butter.Chop up one clove of garlic(Garlic packs a strong flavor so one clove for every can should do it,unless you do not care much for garlic then you could use less).Chop up one half of a red onion(Minced).Sautee the red onion and finely chopped garlic in the oil and butter.Add the green beans, salt and pepper to taste and heat it through.A simple and quick dish. This is fast, easy, inexpensive and very delicious. It also helps eliminate that taste that canned green beans have.
Pastas are always a hit with everyone from littlest to smallest. It is also a good way to get in vegetables when you have a hard time having children to eat their vegetables.Have a good day,and i hope you enjoy these foods!!!

I love the person that surfs the web for "her favorites", what a crack up.
Try some of these:
take cooked chicken and:
Top with mozz cheese and spaghetti sauce and bake until bubbly and serve over noodles.
Tos with an oriental sauce and serve over rice, garnish with green onion and mix a can of chinese mixed veggies into the rice before serving.
cover chicken with mushroom soup/milk mixture, top with cheddar cheese and the top that with tater tots, bake at 350 for 40 minutes, uncovered.
cover the chicken with mushroom soup/milk mixture, add a pouch of stove top, bread ad seasonings mixed, drizzle with a stick of melted butter and bake for 45 minutes on 350 (maybe 30 to 45 minutes, watch it)
Take ground beef and cook, add taco seasoning from a packet, cook as directed and cool, add to crushed doritos, tomatos, onion, black olives, shredded lettuce and serve the salad with salsa and sour cream.
make a veggie soup...you will need
celery
onion
carrot
cabbage, shredded
saurkraut
a can of tomato sauce
water
butter and olive oil, equal parts (about 6 tablespoons total)
salt and pepper
add the oil and butter to a pot, melt, add all veggies except the saurkraut and cabbage, add the can of sauce and then a couple cups of water, add the rest and simmer for about an hour or 1.5 hours.
Have fun and I hope these help.

1 can of corn
1 can of mushrooms
1 can of green beans
In large saucepan cook the onion and sausage meat in the olive oil until the meat is browned.
Add Italian seasoning, tomatoes and beef broth.
Simmer for about 30 minutes.
Add pasta and continue simmering under pasta is done.
Add corn, mushrooms and green beans, simmer for another couple of minutes and you are ready to go!
I serve this with garlic bread, it makes a great meal!
