He spoke the word, and God was with Him (Acts 10:38) - much the same way as when God was creating the world. God spoke, and the Holy Spirit was moving over the face of the waters awaiting the word from God to bring it to manifestation (Genesis 1:2).
Part of people getting healed in Jesus' ministry involved having devils cast out of them (Matthew 4:24, Matthew 8:16, Luke 13: 11-16, among others).
Jesus said, "If I cast out devils by the Spirit of God then the kingdom of God has come to you." Matthew 12:28

He healed by the power of God and that is the only true WAY to heal, walk in health,be free from fear,walk in joy, peace and so on. Only through the Power of GOD

We have a biased report in the bible, by people who didn't understand how Jesus healed or walked on water for that matter, so how can we expect to understand when we weren't even there?

well picture how he can just say something and its done , i mean were talking about god here , and who can know god and his ways , he can just do anything , he says nothing is impossible for him.
