It means so many things you couldn't believe all the data you will find. But for sure, he likes what he sees.

sometimes, you shouldn't think anything of it. I used to zone out bad. I would end up staring for minutes at something or someone until they yelled at me. Sometimes when your mind is drifted off somewhere and they are deep into their thoughts, they can become unaware of the fact that they are staring. OR they may REALLY like you. Smile at him and then turn away!

if a guy stares at you longer than usual then he thinks your very attractive. but nobody knows that for sure because he is only looking at you. find out and see if he talks to you and sooner or later, you will feel the vibe

oh my gosh this is freaky !! my friend joyce just got out of a bad relationship and my cousin sits write next to her in homeroom, he keeps staring at her its crazy it makes me laugh. But i told him he shouldn't ask her out if she just got out of a bad relationship.
Well you should probably look the other way if he's staring at you.
My cousin told me it means that they usually like you!

can u be more specific about this, what can of look is he giving u is it like seductive look or kinda angry or something,..
but if it is just a dull look maybe he thinks that u look familiar, and he kept on thinking where and when or how he met u if ever,..
