Why do pro illegal say that America needs to grant amnesty to illegal aliens so that they "can step out of the shadows"? . . . “No one is in the shadows! They are openly driving without a license down Main Street to drop their kids off at K-12 schools for an education on our dime. They gather at hiring halls to work off the books. And they sit in the waiting rooms of medical clinics to receive taxpayer-funded treatment for ailments as basic as the common cold. When their medical needs are more serious, they proceed in broad daylight to major area hospitals for advanced treatment. Come one, come all!”That's an accurate description of reality, wouldn't you say?

Because pro-illegal people are retarded.
The pro-illegal people must be accepting of any crime, if they are accepting of this crime.
It is the same type of crime as a doctor or lawyer practicing without a license. Or the same type of crime as identity theft or avading taxes. It falls under the same category, whether the illegal is doing those things or not, the crime is under the same category. So pro-illegals must also support those crimes as well as illegal aliens.

Yes I'm not sure what shadows they are talking about. I don't see too many hiding in California from the news I see.Here in Arizona the illegals try to be pretty quiet.The mentality is a little different.They seem to be sensing a difference in attitude from even the illegal people that hire them.There will not be a blanket amnesty,the politicians aren't stupid.Greedy,liars,unscrupulous but not stupid.
You cant keep screwing the legal Americans.After awhile they get fed up with the BS and the back lash will happen.
And when it does it wont be pretty.There are a lot of illegals yes but they don't have money.And money runs the world.There will be some sort of work program,but not legalization of all illegals.It will not happen. Who ever rules the money rules the country.

You cant serve in the military if you are illegal and you must speak English.They offered permanent residence to about 10,000,green card holders that were in the military.But you can not join the Army without a birth certificate.And the taxes the illegal may pay do not equal the amount he costs this nation.No illegal is paying for any legal American child.It is the other way around.We pay for the illegals children .

The Democrats want the illegals because they think they can purchase votes from them using social programs.
The Republicans want the illegals so that their corporate buddies will have free labor.
The only people who do not want illegal aliens are 80% of the American people, but it will not happen because the above groups do not mind ruining their country as long as their agenda gets through.
I am an immigrant myself. The path I had to take to become an American was much tougher than the program proposed for the illegals.

They have come for a better life.
I can argue every one of those.
*No everyone is not legal, you only have to have a look at the statistics or laws of America to find out that you are illegal if you do not come here through the proper channels.
* If you believe in God, we all may be children of God, That means no child of god is above another, So why should illegals be able to break laws and get amnesty? I think you should read the 10 commandments, Thou shalt not steal etc etc.
* Yes everyone is entitled to be treated the same, Different story if you are not legal, You therefore have no rights. Get over it.
* IF they want a better life, Find a better life in Mexico? There are hundreds of other places they can go, Find or MAKE yourself a better life wherever you are from! Why come to America illegally and become a fugitive, looking over your shoulder every day incase you are deported.

It isn't as simple as you describe; undocumented immigrants have a lot of barriers to everyday life that you may not think of. Many undocumented immigrants do not seek medical attention whn they should because they are afraid of being reported to the INS. Many "illegals" pay social security taxes, but cannot earn social security benefits. Others have exploitative jobs but no legal way of confronting abusive employers. You say "our dime", but many undocumented workers ARE playing taxes and, in effect, are paying for your kids' education as well. Some are serving in the military, dying for a country which will not allow them to become citizens. Undocumented immigrants come to this country because they lack the opportunity to come legally, not because they want to suck America dry. If put in their shoes -- forced to choose between a rat infested home in Mexico and no prospects for a decent life or the chance to work your *** off in another country and send money home to your children (all the while paying taxes to your foreign host) -- I know what I would pick. Hell, my ancestors (Puritans from England in the 17th century) were undocumented immigrants too! Besides, as the slogan goes [paraphrased, of course] -- They [immigrants from Mexico] didn't cross the border -- the border crossed THEM!

These people feel that all people should be equal, regardless of country.
Also, some of them hire the mexicans for very cheap.
Mexicans actually boost our economy, especially the illegal ones.

So your plan is to do what? Round EVERYONE up because they just MAY be an illegal immigrant? Tell me, would you be upset if you had to prove your citizenship when all you wanted to do was visit a doc? There would be an uproar. I suggest you find a better plan....

your right about that. i don't think they need amnesty. I'm an American and it would piss me off on behalf of the legal immigrants that payed to be here. that needs to be taken into consideration.
