First let me say Congratulations! There is no question it is one of the scariest things you will ever do. My husband left his employer and his guaranteed check every week to start his own business. At the time I had a five year old, a three year old and a six month old. I was terrified. The only thing greater than my fear, was my faith in my husband. It turned out to be the best decision that he ever made. We now have a life that we could never have had if he hadn't just bit the bullet and gone for it.
Have faith in yourself. You're going to do great.....Good luck!!

go out in the open, if it's not raining in your place, look at the view outside
sit down somewhere and try to calm yourself by looking at your environment. then realize that the other people walking in the streets are more stressed out than you and that you're more fortunate than other people since you're opening a business.
Where is that art gallery of yours be anyway? maybe I can go and visit there sometime..hehehe

How can you be stressed when surrounded by works of art? Just remind yourself that it's not about money, or success, it's about the art. If you never make a dime, you are helping artists to communicate and express themselves. You, by providing a showcase for their work, make their endeavors possible.
So , thank you!!!

Take a nice warm bath with candles, some wine and soft music and let the stress just wash away. Good Luck.

Close it is one way. If you are already at the stress point, you may need to consider hiring staff to take over some loads. I can tell you, it will get more stressful and to succeed you will need to get over it and your health will be at risk. Being in business for yourself is difficult...cash flow the biggest headache, followed by staff that do not share your love of work. Keep things in perspective and sell if it becomes unbearable.

A trip to the seaside?
A game of tennis?
Exercise is usually a good way to de-stress.
