Total bone replacement???? My goodness you can't change bone structure. You can try wearing pants that will give your waist that effect!

Its impossible to actually make your torso longer. However there are a lot of ways to create the illusion. Wear low-rise jeans, and tops that go well past your waist (but not covering your bum!). Anything that you tie around your waist, like a belt or a scarf, tie it low around your hips (just above your butt). Those tunic tops everyone is wearing would work well on you. You can also wear big necklaces and earrings to draw attention away from your legs & middle, and wear tops that show some cleavage.

And try stretching (pilates and yoga work well) because though it won't actually make your stomach longer it can stretch out the muscles and help with your posture... the straighter you stand, the longer the top half of you looks. Enjoy your long legs too though, show them off; my legs are short and stubby... long legs are nice & everyone loves them!

usually people don't want a long stomach or back. but since you do.....then i suggest stretches.

reach your hand all the way up in the air and try to move your upper body while keeping you feet grounded.

another one would be to make an arch with your stomach in the air.(kind of like a back flip except you do it slowly and stay there for several seconds.)

belly dancing can get you stomach to be pretty long too.

Short of growing a few extra sets of rib bones, why not try firming up your bust (I assume you're female judging by your nickname) and toning your tummy? Otherwise, you may try going for low-cut jeans or clothes that can make your tummy look "longer".

Take a good hard look at your body in a full-length mirror, may be you're more proportionate than you think. :)

Besides what's suggested, your body shape has a lot to do with your genetic make-up and there's not much one can do to re-shape if you do not want to go through drastic plastic surgery.
