see i live like right by the high way so i cant jog on that and there is no other place by me and its almost winter to

Jog in place in your garage or in your room. You can seriously get a good work out, but it really depends how much effort you put into it. Add weights if necessary.

Is there an Elementary or High school near you. Great places to jog. They have fields and some even have a track. Or try a college track nearby. Do you live near a park? Even a small one will do.

Drive to the park or to the beach and jog there :)

Drive to nearest High School and use their track....You pay for it with your taxes!!
