How often do you buy fast food each week?

Me: 5-6 times a year.

Last time I went was to Wendy's- that was a month ago.

I would have fast food about 1 or 2 times a week.

"Good" is definitely subjective. I rarely eat fast food. If we do something like pizza...I give my son some of that, plus veggies and fruit. I worked fast food and restaurants for so many years....the knowledge of all those dirty hands touching my food makes me sick. And some of the burgers are close to an entire day's worth of calories! No thanks...I'd rather down a box of twinkies if I'm going to max out my calories in one sitting.

At least 3-5 times a week when I'm in school, but up to 10 times if I am on break.

With children in the home, at least once a week. The children like to get out once in a while. Fast Food joints seem to be least expensive. But we know that they have alot of bad things for you.
So, we try to eat healthy even at these places.

I'll get a deli sandwich or supermarket sushi a couple times a month, if that counts as fast food. As far as McD's or Wendy's, those kind of fast food places, every couple months or so.

Almost never. But It depends on what my work schedule is. If I have enough time and I haven't eaten in about 2 or 3 days then i might run somewhere to get a salad or something.

I eat fast food about 3-4 meals per week. If your careful you can still eat pretty healthy at fast food resturants.

Only a couple of times each week. I'm not too bad regarding junk food.

Once or twice a week. Not really fast food though, I love Chinese food. I'll sometimes have Macdonalds, but that's about it.
