file exetention is .sys not say
"AdfuUd.sys"

do a search on your computer. This file should be in your windows folder.
If not, drop me an email.

Where are you getting the notification for that? I've never heard of that file or that extension.
According to the file extension library, the .say extension is for an accounting program.

I've found a link, sabeel, where you can download adfuud.sys, but are you sure it's not on the CD? (The link is given below, but I'd advise that you're taking your life into your own hands if you're not sure which version it is that you require.)
One forum that I visited states that "This driver is found at the installation folder of the 'Mp3 Player Utility'"
