try playing a sport and no gatorade just water it helps your body burn cals also no eating before bed your body shuts down when you sleep the food you ate it turns to fat oh yeah for a treat try flavor ice lite popsicles hope i help oh yeah try doing sretches whenever you have the chance

My family is nice and slim and we don't really excercise. I am a cook and the best diet (I believe) is simply to eat well, in moderation and on a schedule. If you eat 3 meals a day, make sure they are at the same times; avoid eating less than 3 hours before bed; avoid fatty foods (ie. use olive oil instead of butter); balance your foods (ie steak, potato and veggies); stay away from sweet deserts (instead, go fresh fruits); lastly, don't overeat (you should not be stuffed when you finish eating, you should be comfortable). i got here across the e book to be very informative and consumer-friendly to examine. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm purely worried that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too rapidly. i'm going to confess i've got not accompanied the instruction manual precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the indexed meals and meal plans (yet regularly) and doing little or no workout, however the load keeps flying off. It needless to say works and if i could accompanied it precisely i think of it may scare the residing daylights out of me using volume that i could lose. So thank you back for the techniques. i've got by no ability offered something like this in the previous because of the fact they're frequently crammed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. start at present!

Be sure you are eating the good carbs. pasta, rice like that. When you excercise alot you burn carbs. also, drink water, water and more water. A multiple vitamin would not hurt either. Veggies are ok, just make sure you get your protein from another source then. Tuna has protien. Just eat good not junk food or fried foods.

I know hoow you feel and what you mean by saying this...whell first try not to eat a lot of sweet stuff,the best thing for diet is vegtibles and ...
EAT GOOD BRAKFAST
NOT THAT MUCH BUT STILL SOME (I'M NOT SAYING JUST A LITTLE)LUNCH
AND JUST A LITTLE DINNER
DINNER CAN BE LIKE-FEW APPLES -(FRUITS)
AND NO CHOCLATE CHIP STUFF...
all thouse things helped for me...i lost 12 pounds in two weeks!

Hey i know how u feel. I exercises and have allot of trouble loosing weight. You might have a medical problem you could contact your doctor or you could try my diet. I eat all protein like veggies, protein bars, peanuts, meat and eggs pretty much anything that contains protein. hope it works<3

Make sure you are eating enough. It sounds silly but if you eat to little and work out a lot (or a little) you won't lose weight. eat several small healthy meals through the day.

weight watchers is the best. With exercise, I lost 70 pounds and was never hungry! Small, frequent meals! Good Luck.........keep on exercising!
