And to others: maybe I should rephrase that question: Why do you give others such a hard time over their beliefs?

The non-believers come onto a Religion site and then complain about all of the religious answers to religious questions.
That or they just like to attack us.

The name of the section is Religion and Spirituality, not Christians only.
I know that most Christians are arrogant and self-centered, believing they have a right to dictate law based on myths, and invade other countries with differing religious beliefs, but try to pay a little more attention, OK?
This section is for everyone to discuss religion, whether they are for it or against it.
BTW, most people would consider someone who never spends time with those of other view points as ignorant and close-minded.

I'm sorry, I forgot that this was the "Christians and Bible believers only" section, not the "Religion & Spirituality" section.
Even if this WAS the "Christianity" section, non-Christians would still be allowed in here. Why not? You can go into the Baseball section and talk about how much you hate baseball, if you have valid reasons, right?

this is after all the religion and spirituality section, not the christian section.
I come here because I find it fun to read answers and questions of people that do not agree with me, and i answer question because once in a while I help someone.
personally I scan the questions before i click on them and pass on the ones that do not sound interesting.

If you are in this forum, you are spending time with people of all beliefs. That includes the JW's and the Mormons, which you claim to not like. So, let me ask YOU this...Why are you here if you don't want to hang with the JW's and the Mormons?
Edit: As for your additional details...It's too late to climb out of the hole you've just dug for yourself, so accept the fact that you're a hypocrite and be done with it. You made your bed, lie in it.

Because people need to be educated about the lies that Christians spread. But, I don't live in this forum. I answer the questions that pop up on the front page. If it is religious question, then I will answer it if I think I have something to contribute.
Why are you so thin skinned that you cannot handle disagreement? If you know there are people who will disagree with you and you are unhappy, then follow your own advice and leave.

As a fundamental evangelical, I happen to enjoy the debate with others. I learn from them, they learn from me. Perhaps I can even give them something substantial to think about.
Notice that the section is labeled "Religion and Spirituality." Not "Christians Only." If you cannot handle the dialog, ask yourself why YOU are here.
I am here to obey Peter's teaching, "Instead, exalt Christ as Lord in your hearts. Always be prepared to give a defense to everyone who asks you to explain the hope you have." (I Peter 3:15)
This is a great missions field, if you will allow it.

One might compare answering questions here with the hobby of picking up garbage alongside roadways. Initially it seems like you benefit others, but really no one notices, your hands get dirty, and before you know it there is just as much garbage.
It's a terrible idea to waste time on Yahoo Answers, or on any unproductive activity.

There are some people read this section who are spiritual or religous but ARE NOT christian. Some of these NON-christians are nice some are jerks.

This isn't the Christian section, when you logged on did you say'"Christian section, cool!" I think it said Religion and Spirituality. That's just about everybody.
