There are diverse aspects for weight; your age, height, bone shape (small, med., great) and gender. additionally, are you oftentimes fat or do you have muscle tissues. Muscle weighs extra beneficial than fat. For a sixteen twelve months previous female, at 126 you sound only appropriate, if no longer on the narrow section. i do no longer understand your bone shape, so as that makes it demanding. yet, I advise you no longer situation your self which incorporate your weight. what's critical is which you consume healthful; adequate protien, calcium, and so on. stay far off from intense fat ingredients, sodas, empty energy. Get adequate workout and drink an excellent form of water.

You weigh exactly what you should weigh for 5'4". If you have stopped growing taller, I'd be a little careful about gaining much more weight, but you're not obese at all. No worries.

No, you are not obese. A good rule of thumb for women is that the ideal weight is one hundred pounds plus 5 pounds for every inch above 5ft. Plus at 16 you may still be growing so your height/weight may change more in the next couple of years.

The above is a link to the Met Life Insurance weight charts, which have recently been adjusted to show the newer, lower, ideal, weights.
This site also shows idea weights when factoring in age.
According to this chart you're ok, although they note that things like musculature can factor into whether you feel too heavy or not. Why not go to the site.

I do not think so. You can check with your family Doctor to see where you fall in the relm of things. You sound like you are in the right area for height. Dr. would be able to tell you for sure or put your stats in computer and see if you can find out.
