Heres the thing me and one of my good friends both like this one girl that we both just met this year. I just met her a couple of days ago at our homecoming dance but he met her a week after our first week of school. We both like her but I don't know if i should just let my friend just like her and me walk away and forget about her. At lunch she always walks over and calls me over to talk to her. Today she made me go to her locker with her when my friend could have gone with her. At our dance she said she was cold so she just got really close to me. He asked her to homecoming and she said yes. At our dance he just talked with her. I was in the center dancing and every once and a while i would got out and try to make them dance but she wouldn't dance with him "claiming she didn't know how to." I would come out of the center and she would always watch me one of my friends told me that was by her. What should I do?

Ok I believe you should let her choose I mean she clearly has feelings for you and might have just gone to the dance with your friend to try to make you jealous. Wait a little longer and if she keeps choosing you over your friend then tell your friend you are going to ask her out. If he has a problem with it then explain to him why you think she likes you more and if he still has a problem with it its his issue to deal with. But hey thats just me.

Good Luck!

The longer you go without making YOUR move, the sooner your friend and her might get together. Don't be so noble! She is free game, so make your move. Tell your friend that you like the girl, and tell him that you don't want to hurt him, but that since she seems to like you, too, you feel she is free to choose whom she wants to date. Maybe she wants to date you both? Don't HAND HER OVER to your friend or you will be doing that kind of thing ALL YOUR LIFE. If you want someone, and she is NOT married, then go for it! The only REAL commitment is if they are married---everyone else is fair game.

believe it or not, she may have an opinion too.. if you and your friend like her and both are aware of the situation agree with him that you will let her decide and if both of you are friends the other will respect the girls decision.

OH MY GOD its toooooo obvious she likes you sooooo much, thats like really really really really good for you, its really good for you that she likes you and that you like her, but you really have to clear things up with your friend if you ever want to have the chance of going out with her and saving your friendship, you really gotta decide, is dating or your friendship more important to you? ...what school do u go to.... what grade :)...
