stop eating mcdonald's and do LOTS of running or biking. stop drinking sodas, which to only water. The first 5 pounds is nothing but water. Sweating and sitting in the steam room will knock 5 pounds easily.

How to lose bellyfat
Losing fat is not an easy task, but gaining fat is very easy. You need to keep a check on the diet and do workouts for your abs to lose tummy fat. You also need to do aerobic exercises like swimming, jogging etc. Here are some points to keep in mind to lose belly fat:· Consume less sugar, processed foods and sodium. · Eat fiber rich foods like green leafy vegetables.· The diet should contain protein, carbohydrates and little fat.· Drink plenty of water and fruit juices.· Eat in small quantities for five to six times a day. · Do at least 30-60 minutes cardiovascular exercises at least 4 times a week. · Do strength training and ab exercises at least 3 times a week.

Tummy fat is not good for the body as it increases the chances of many diseases like diabetes, heart attack etc. A whole body workout is required to lose weight from your tummy, spot reduction is a myth, you cannot lose fat by doing stomach crunches or ab workouts only. A complete workout, which includes cardiovascular exercises, helps improve metabolism and you will be able to lose tummy fat quickly. Try to lose weight naturally by doing hard work and controlling your diet.

If you have stubborn belly fat, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises. During activities like swimming, rowing and walking, enough oxygen is supplied to the body to burn fat. Fat is burned from all over the body, including the stomach. I've been on relacore for about a year. It has slowly reduced my belly fat, over that year, but it causes major acne on your back and shoulders, can cause facial hair in women . Major irritabliy and mood swings. Do the good outweigh the bad??

Crunches
Lay on your back bend your knees
Bring your shoulders up with your hands crossed over your forehead instead of behind it. (a lot harder to do)

jogging is good too wear real good support if you need it

lie on back legs straight
now lift leggs one at a time or both

Exercise by twisting your torso with hands on hipps legs slightly apart Twist elbows & torso but always look straight ahead.

Drink lots of water no juice give up pop forget the artifical sweetners. Avoid that ice cream (was my favorite)

It is awfully tough to spot-reduce. If it were me I would go on a non-fat diet and do an hour of cardio exercise every day.
