try goal orientation and defining whats important to you. Plan your life...gain objectives...when I was younger I kept a diary and when I looked over what I did I realized how many things were useless and silly.

Work toward something

Mindfulness of your emotions helps you cope with them. Learn to distance yourself from them, and try to understand what exactly makes you happy (even the little things, like pets or friends) and try to compensate with your mood swings by surrounding yourself with those things. People do have this tendency of being more or less excitable or down at certain times of the day, and for some the swings are more intense.

If your mood bothers you so much that you become careless, distressed, or emotionally paralyzed, try consulting a psychologist for therapy.

A psychiatrist can also help to by prescribing mood-stabilizing drugs like lithium (though I don't recommend medications, they have side effects).

Have a nice morning and afternoon!

Go get your sugar checked. That could be a reason for your mood swings.
