I ask because in Minnesota we have it gives cops the legal means to pull a person over without the presence of a moving violation. Pretty much there white plates with WX on the plate. Everybody know around here it means automatic pullover with no reason by the police since you been convicted of drunk drving.

I don't think thats true. Do you have to turn in your license plates when you are convicted of a DWI? If not, they dont just add new characters to the plates. WX may be a county ID to show which county your vehicle is registered in. I know that holds true in Montana.

I don't see how that would work. Constant DUIers would just 'borrow' somebody elses car. Or at least never renew their own license plates.

driving is a privilege. In AZ-we don't have WX plates. I take it your vehicle has it?

Oklahoma does not, but it sounds like a good idea for repeat offenders.
