If you want easy do carmel apples with those caramel disks that you just shape around the apples. You can find them in the produce section. If you want to get fancy just pop them in the microwave for a few seconds till the caramel is soft then roll them in nuts or coconut or some candy bits.

Chocolate spoons!

Buy a pack of plastic teaspoons (or tablespoons if you wish!), and some chocolate - plain milk chocolate works best.
Melt the chocolate in a pan over the stove, and use the plastic spoons to scoop it up. Move the spoons to a wire rack or something similar to cool - add sprinkles before they set! Voila!

Oreo Balls

1 pkg oreos
2 pkg cream cheese
1 pkg almond bark

crush oreos and blend with cream cheese
form into bite size balls
dip in melted almond bark
let cool in fridge
stop here or if you'd like...
decorate with icing to look like eyeballs

Some chocolate cupcakes with candy corn, and candy pumpkins on top. Be creative!! I saw someone do this and it looked soooo cute!
