Are you sure that when you die, you will be in heaven? If you do not believe in heaven, are you SURE? Would you risk this life, by denying God and living your own way to only see in the end that God does exist, and that he does Judge us, and that there is a heaven and a hell? Does this concern you? You can comfortably and assuredly say right now that you KNOW Jesus Christ is not the only way? All I have to say is that is a scary place to be. I pray and hope that God will reveal himself to you, and that you would come to know of his great love- and his sacrifice for your sins, by dying a horrible death on the cross. He suffered immensely so that WE could be washed clean from our sin, and given eternal life in him. Maybe you have heard this over and over.....Maybe God is drawing you now....Please be sure of what you believe, knowing that you could die anyday- because God holds our breath in HIS hands~

God does not allow sin into heaven- God is perfect, Holy, and Just- He is Loving, Merciful and Gracious- He is PERFECT.
That is why he made a way for you to be in his kingdom- by dying on the cross- because he does not allow sin into heaven.
Believing in Christ- knowing and understanding the gospel of Christ, and repenting of your sin will inherit you the kingdom of Heaven....and I have no fear in death, because it is Christ who lives in me, aand I know I will be with him someday- in his kingdom, even though I DONT DESERVE IT....None of us do...that is why I praise Him and thank him for what he has done for me!

I am sure that not only will I be in Heaven but I will be there as an Heir. For where Christ went he went to prepare a place and if this was not so he would have never told us.

But the real question that I think you are asking is are you prepared for the wrath to come?

Most don't care but will that stop it from coming? Do you know what and why there is wrath to come and why would a Loving God sent anyone to Hell?

Well try that same thing in a court of law. You have been tried and convicted for killing a kid while driving drunk. You stand before the judge and he asks, "Do you have anything to say?"

You then say to him, "Judge I believe that you are a good man and because of your goodness I believe that you will let me go."

The Judge says back to you, "Yes you are right I am a good man and because of my goodness I am going to give you the punishment that you justly deserve for your crimes?"

That is what the wrath to come is. Goodness doesn't matter compared to the wrongs that we all have committed. Have you ever told a lie? Bet so. Have you ever stole anything? Doesn't matter what the cost. Bet so. Jesus saith that if you hate someone that you are guilty of murder. Have you ever hated?
I have. So that makes 3 crimes against God and I stand condemned, not such a good person after all, right? On the day of Judgement what chance would we have. Your goodness means nothing. So what will anyone do?

Don't care what anyone believes, that doesn't matter. Goodness means nothing, other than to make us feel better about ourselves. But it doesn't help when you stand before a Holy God.
The choice is for each one to make, I have made mine. I won't have to face that judgement alone. What about the rest?

Ask me to prove it, okay see you on judgement day. Till then have fun.

I am certain of what the Bible says. It tells me that 'he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved' (Matt 24:13) So, while I can be determined, I will not put myself in God's position as judge of me.
Also, it's fair to ask you the same thing, especially since the Bible also indicates that there will be righteous people living on the earth in peaceful conditions. (Psalms 37:10,11, 29) Even Jesus indicated that too, when he said 'blessed are the meek since they will inherit the earth.' (Matt 5:5). So are you sure that you are going to heaven, or will you be among those counted worthy of life on earth? Or will you let God be the judge?

I am certain that organized religion divides and alienates.
I am certain that alienation leads to intolerance.
I am certain that intolerance leads to exclusivity.
I am certain that beliefs of exclusivity lead to bigotry and hate.
I am certain that bigotry and hate are not from God.

And if God does not allow sin in heaven what abour sinners?
Job chapter 1- God and SATAN speak in HEAVEN about God's servant Job
In Luke 12:57 Jesus said "Why don't you judge for yourselves what is right?"
Believing in a god should NOT be about fear but about love. If you have found love in your God-GREAT! But do not try to convince people that FEAR is the reason to believe.
Do some research about the early church and how vindictive and hateful and intolerant it was. It was and is all about CONTROL and PUNISHMENT instead of ACCEPTANCE and LOVE.

People of any religion are going to say their religion is right. How are you certain that yours is right? You only have the bible to go by, other people have their books and beliefs. Personally i don't believe in any,and quite happy with the life i have. Are you? You sound like your just wasting your life waiting for death to go to this heaven that your so sure exists. That is up to you but remember life is for living so don't waste it.

Nono. I'm sure there is/are no God/gods. One hundred per cent. First the cheap threat of risking my life is .. well .. cheap. Second the 'Jedi mind trick' of suggesting that ... oo-oo.. God may be drawing me now... is just .. well cheap. Third, sin is a wrong against God, no God equals no sin... can you at least wrap your head around that concept? What is the thinking here.. if we can get them to admit that there is SIN.. then we spring it on them.. sin is a wrong against God.. see you DO believe!! ?

God loves everyone, but probably prefers "fruits of the spirit" over "religious nuts!"

God must especially love Fundamentalist preachers, Paleoconservative Republicans and the mentally ill, since He is all they ever talk about

This was the Christian Dogma that is giving Christians everywhere a bad rap. Take every opportunity you can to spread fear and doubt to the masses in the name of your god.
Am I sure? no. I haven't seen it with my own eyes. Jesus did not come to my door with a written conformation signed by his father saying I was going to heaven. I'm going to take a leap of faith and take my lord and savior at his word.

Now, if you please, this is an answers forum. You are blaspheming the spirit of YA with your preaching.

I believe in God because I'm empty without him...even when everything goes well...I'm empty. He's the only one who's filled me and it's intoxicating. For anyone who thinks God doesn't love them because they don't believe him...he loves you anyway. He desires for you to love him back and be with him. Heaven and Hell seem very small next to his love.
