What the HE** is wrong with you people?!!! This girl is still developing. Oink oink? Fatty? 60 lbs?!!! Pffffft! This is the same kind of mentality that leads to anorexia and bulimia. Shame all of on you!
Now that that's off my chest.... you are the best judge of whether or not you need to lose weight. Do you look and feel healthy? If so, then you probably do not need to lose weight. You'll have an entire lifetime ahead of you to worry about such things. Enjoy your youth while you have it....and don't let anyone define you other than YOU!

you are FINE. look at yourself in the mirror, smile, and be happy with who you are. i was semi-anorexic in the eighth grade because i thought i was fat, now i'm a junior in high school and i realize that i was stupid for thinking that and i have a normal weight (as i have always had). never let the media or anyone else tell you that you're overweight because what do they know?
as long as YOU feel comfortable with yourself, you're good.
if you don't, try to eat a little healthier. exercise at least three times a week.
it's proven that exercise releases something in your body that makes you feel good, and gives you a feeling of happiness or something.
:)

Are you straightforward? That relies upon on what's popular for you. Are you appropriate around wide-unfold? confident, possibly somewhat below wide-unfold. Are you at or close on your "ideal" weight for somebody of your age, top, and physique physique? confident. do no longer sweat it. you're nonetheless becoming, so attempting to clutter along with your weight whilst that's that close to to theory might properly be very risky. you do no longer prefer to finally finally end up being anorexic or bullimic. in case you do in comparison to your shape then do greater cardio and circuit preparation with weights to tone up.

don't listen to these people your weight matches up with your age and height....my mom is training to be a nurse & she said that matches up just right.....and belive me...you don't need to be 60 pounds because i am 13 and 4"9 and I weigh 85 pounds...and I am VERY skinny...

ur kind of ok but going onto under weight section, and as ur growing and developing, u must be careful. u dont wanna look anorexic or ill and all skinny. u need to look healthy and if u think ur low in vitamins and minerals then take multi vitamins coz growing teens need them during this time but if u dont want to take them, then eat healthy, loadsa milk (full of calcium) and have a good diet of carbohydrates, proti=ein and fat. wishing u a healthy future lol :D 1st signs of tiredness then could be low in iron and go docs and 1st signs of leg ache, bck ache etc then concerned with bones so calcium needed so visit doc. i needed help ayt this age coz i became ill coz i dint get nutrition from my food and so vitamins in body and lost my 9 yrs of teens coz of that coz myt health became wrse and worse and finally ended up with depression so pls dont go there. thats why i answered ur question coz i been there and had a bad time frm 11 to 18 so pls take care and i was on border line for under weight too so yes.

Your weight is normal at any age if you look in the mirror, give yourself a big smile and go on about your day :)
