Hey, I just got home from school a while ago. I ate some rice with chickpeas, half a protein bar (105 cals), and half a slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter on it. I know this is a lot, and I didn't mean to keep going and going, but it was difficult to know when to just put everything down and away. I didn't want to get hungry right before dinner, eat something big, and then not be able to eat dinner "right" with my family. Does this ever happen to anyone else? Where you just keep eating and eating and you're not necessarily hungry anymore? I'm fourteen going on fifteen, so I'm not sure it's normal. How many calories should my dinner be? I'm thinking of eating a veggie dog (150 cals) for dinner; would that be a good idea? How much exercise do you think I'd have to do to get rid of all the calories I just cosumed?

That is nothing...

You ate some good things(but why the protein bar?)

Anyways, when I was between 12-17 I was fat. Then I started working in a warehouse at age 18 and I lost a hell of a lot of weight. Then I gained a lot back through muscle. Anyways, eating healthy is good. Whole grain bread is awesome.

Rice? Look at the Chinese people. They eat it and they look like they are stick figures.

If your weight is normal I wouldn't worry so much at your age because it seems you eat healthy foods. It is normal for your appetite to be different from day to day depending on how excercise you have had.

It sounds to me like you are in real danger of developing a serious eating disorder, if you haven't already. PLEASE talk to your parents, a counselor, or another trusted adult who can help you get the help you need. Don't go down this path. I'm sure you are a pretty girl who has a lot going for her, so you don't need to obsess about your weight.
Get help. Please.
