I was taking 25, this week I stepped it up to 50mg, it seems to cause me to have a headache. I drink lots of water, gatorade, no more than one pepsi a day. I also take Centrum, L-arginine, B-12, Zinc, and Lecithin. I take Zoloft for Depression, OCD, Anxiety, and Premature Ejac.

I take 100mg's of zoloft daily, and yes, I get terrible headaches. It's not your diet, its one of the side effects. If the headaches get to hard to handle, tell your doctor your dose needs to be lowered.

Nope, no headache from Zoloft, same dose here. I do get a buzz like affect and mild headache from too much B-12 though... my vitamins say I am to take 2 a day, but I can only take 1 because of the B-12 buzz.

I've been taking ZOLOFT 50mg for over a year now and my only complaints are the withdrawal symptoms when I forget to take it even for just one day. I don't get headaches, though. I get tingling in my lips and dizziness.

BTW, I take it for anxiety and panic attacks.

Headaches are a sideeffect of most meds. I don't get headaches with mine and I take 150 mgs. Talk to your dr if they are bothersome.
