You can buy Vitamin E gel capsules just about anywhere. Try Wal-Mart. The ones I buy are just a few dollars for a bottle of 100. Just prick the end of the gel capsule with a pin or needle and squeeze the Vitamin E gel out. This should be much cheaper than buying a bottle of Vitamin E oil.

You can buy them at the grocery store, a drug store. Buy cheap ones (no reason to pay a lot for an expensive name brand).
Yes, it does work. My daughter had stitches in her face (bridge of her nose), the vitamin e oil helped keep the area soft so her skin could heal beautifully.
I've been using it on scars since I was a little girl. We stick a pin in the capsule, squeeze out what we need, and poke the pin back in to seal the hole. Then it's ready for the next time you use it.

You can get it anywhere that carries supplements or vitamins. I used to use it on cold sores and such. But if the skin problem is very deep, more than a few layers of skin, you'll want to take vitamin A as a supplement as well. Vitamin E is great for the surface skin, but Vitamin A works well for deeper levels of skin such as with scars.

If you go to a health food store or a whole foods market you will get a better quality- Yet all stores that carry vitamins will have them. They are in a regular vitamin bottle - and you should keep them in a cool dry place. They work wonders all numerous ailments.
