I bought my computer and it came with a free trial of powerpoint, but I would like to keep using it, so how can I download it or what can I do? Thanks.

you have to purchase it... what came with your computer was the trial version. it is part of the MicroSoft office suite which could be either Professional, Student, Teacher or standard version.... go to MicroSoft website for additional information.

You can buy it, although it costs a couple hundred dollars to purchase seperately. Your best bet is to get your hands on a copy of Microsoft Office. It would have all the office applications which includes Powerpoint.

I don't know where you live, but check with a local computer repair shop, they may be able to just load it on your PC for you for free or cheaper than paying retail.

Good luck

Stop giving Microcrap money and use OpenOffice instead. It's essentially the same thing, is compatible with Microsoft Office and it's free.

You can get it here:

Check out this page. Lot of hits for you to check out:

http://search.yahoo.com/search?fr=sbc-web&tab=&p=Powerpoint+download+free&btn=Search

I think, tho, that you can go to "add/remove" programs and on the lefthand side just click on "Windows Components," and i think it is listed so you can just click on it and it will install.

Hope that helps

try that.. they may not be the most recent, but if you keep looking on that website you may be able to find a more recent powerpoint or you may have to go buy powerpoint at circuitcity or staples

well, when the trial ends you can't use it unless you buy it. But there are free alternatives like openoffice.org
