Put the eggs in a pan and cover with cold water. Bring it to a boil on the stove. Cover and remove the pan from the heat. Let sit covered for 15 minutes then drain the hot water and run cold water over them to stop the cooking. Then they're ready to peel & eat or store for tomorrow.'

It varys based on egg size of course. I use large, not jumbo eggs and boil the water then place the egg in for 9 minutes. Take it out and run it under cold water to stop the cooking process. If you don't do that the egg will continue to cook with its own internal heat.

Put the eggs in a pot of water. When they start to boil time them for 10 minutes. After they boiled for 10 minutes take and put them in running cold water for a few minutes. It dont matter if you peel them right away or put them in the fridge.Either way they will be real good and easy to peel.
