Organized religion is a perversion of the concept of God. Non-believers don't have a problem with someone who believes in a creator and lives by the golden rule. It the garbage that's in the hundreds of supposedly "holy books," and religious leaders that are the problem.

I pretty much do agree but no man is an island. I've tried going it alone and maybe my faith wasn't great enough but being out there on that limb, not being able to discern between good and evil spirits, I don't know, I came running back to the arms of Holy Mother Church.
