No, it's not seriously overweight, just a little higher than you should be for your age and height. But then that is just in terms of weight generally, you could be all muscle and no fat, or you could have a heavier frame, so you may be absolutely fine. We don't know because we can't see you. Most importantly is that your body fat is somewhere between 15% and 30%. I'm sure you can lose the few pounds you gained over the summer in no time. HTH : )

Looks dont mean everything, but going through high school I know it could be rough for you. Just remember the way you feel is the most important thing. If your happy and like the way you look, then eat at your own pace. If you feel you may be better if you lost 5 pounds or whatever, then go make that a goal. Its important to appreciate yourself and have a positive attitude at ALL times.

If you are 5'1, than you are just slightly overweight. You should weigh between 118 and 124 lbs. You could lose that real easy, just by eating a little less and walk for 15 minutes a day. Or if you don't like walking, just do sit-ups and push-ups everyday for about 10 minutes.

I think 135 is more than someone at 5'1 should be, maybe about 110 around would be better but if you are active and have a high about of muscle that might account for a higher weight.

Have you checked with your family doctor? He/She can take your weight and body fat. If you are considered "obese" then your doctor will put you on a healthier diet and an exercise regime. If you feel that you don't need to go to your family doctor and can lose the weight yourself, then cut back on your calories by eating healthier meals (eating less candy, bread, pasta, ice cream, etc...)
Be sure to walk briskly 1 - 3 miles a day.

you might have gained wheat over the summer but dont let that hold u back. u might think of dieting but usualy that dosent work.
u realy need to check that chatr where you plug in yo hight and wheat and it tells u the avrige for both. and if u dont think ur over wheat than u probobly are. some of mheat gain is mental so keep thinking that and you might lose a few punds. put i wouldent worry about it if i was u.

um, i would say u can loose a few lbs, because im a year younger than you and an inch shorter and im 95lbs and think i can use some exercise. if ur just bottom heavy as in the thigh than that weight will be harder to lose, if ur stomach is just flabby than just run and do sit ups. do u have a gym u can access?

Honestly, it's hard to tell without seeing you. Those numbers you gave says, 'she could or she couldn't'. Not to sound perverted or anything, but it really depends on where the weight is going. You might just be kinda thick. And baby girl, thick is a good thing!

Doesn't matter what we think. If you feel your overweight then loose a few pounds. Ideally, for your age and height, you should be around 110 - 115......but the ONLY things that matters is how YOU feel about yourself!!!
