My hair is right at the shoulder and I ws just wondering how to make it look 80s?

Turn it into a big hair door. By teasing your hair and feathering the bangs back. Teasing hair was pretty popular back in the 80's. I grew up in the 80"s. Plus they took a comb to the side of their hair and pulled out and hair sprayed it. and use a blow dryer to dry it stiff. Some took a comb and pulled their bangs up and hair sprayed it and tease it. where it flowed back and little to the front.

Tease it up a bit, check out some of John Frieda's products, they're great. If you've seen Dirty Dancing, Baby is the perfect girl to sport after. That curly, out of bed, clean cut shoulder length look would be perfect.

not sure if you're a guy or a girl, but I suggest you go for the kajagoogoo look. go to www.kajagoogoo.com and click on "gallery", then click on the 83' 84, and 85 pics. those should give you some good ideas of 80's looks.

Back comb, tease and extra hold hair spray.
Extra Strength gel for tall do's such as mohawks.
There are a few eighties styles - big chick hair, big heavy metal rock star hair for guys (same as chick hair only prettier), Punk spikes, etc.
NOT ENUFF TIME has passed for the 80's to be making a come back! - I was there and it was yesterday!

Put your hair into a sideways pony tail and make it extremely tight. Tease the end of it, spray with hair spray. And what do you have? AN 80's HAIRSTYLE!

Use gel to make it stand up and out. The 80s was about BIG hair. Make sure you gel it out at the sides.

You can crimp it. Crimpers are outdated so it should be cheap to buy.
Or use hairspray and make big bangs over to one side or a ponytail on the side,fringe your hair and use a neon hair tie.

use a crimp iron on it
put it into a pony tail sticking out the side of your head
tease the hell outta your bangs (or what would be your bangs) til they stand 4 inches from the top of your head, lean i in favor to oneside and trail it down he side of your head to blend with the rest of your hair.
