Because of a hectic schedule with work, family and kids activities I only making training 2 times a week on average. One day is Judo and the other is Jujitsu no Gi. Since I am somewhat athletic and strong I have been able to do okay. Still I feel if I could train 4 times a week my skills would improve noticably. Is there a way to improve without actually having time on the mat? Maybe visualizing or watching DVD's? Any ideas appreciated?

You can trina 4 days a week or one if you have the skill and technique it won't matter. I recently started training in Judo again after a few years. So I work out with only black or brown belts who are a little heavier and who have been training consistantly over the last few years. You get a great work out, sometimes get your but kicked but you learn not to make the same mistakes and they can teach you alot.
Talk to the other Judokas and Jujitsu guys and see if one of the more advanced guys will work with you one day a week. That will go alot farther in one day than 2 or 3 with another person of a lower rank.

You have to practice practice practice to get better. If you have time to watch DVD's then you have time to train right? If that's not true then you can watch the DVD's and try the moves you learn when you do go to class. Other than that there isn't much except keep a good diet and keep your cardio up.

Looks pretty good. Some suggestions: 1st match: at :25, your opponent is exposing his back to you, you could have taken it versus letting him get to the position to roll you. 2nd match: awesome, anytime you can see a back take it, like you did. 3rd match: looks like this guy had a lot more experience. You did well most of the time keeping him low in your guard. Also, you have nice body control as at the beginning of the match, you were a little top heavy on your shoots but you kept body control and didn't go down. Overall, first time, good job.

No.
Run your bag off, high cardio, never mind the tv.
If you have time to watch videos, you have time to run stairs. Think about when your lungs are burning, and you're absolutely dying on the mat...there is no replacing it.

study at home. Although putting your time in on the mat will help you the most.
