ahhh lip problem?

theres this reddd pimple looking thing on my lip like in the insdie like a cankersore but all the other cankersores ive had dont look liek this one but maybe because i kept biting it got bigger
but please tell me wat it is

how do u pop it?
haha does blood come out?
is there something else to put on it

It's either a fibroma or a mucocele. These are caused by repetitive trauma to the inside of the lip (like repeatedly biting it). If it bothers you, an oral surgeon or ENT can remove it in the office. Simply quitting the biting won't work because the change is likely permanent. If it doesn't bother you, just leave it alone and check it every once in a while to see if it's growing.

If you try to "pop" it, you are probably just in for some pain and it may increase in size. It is not likely a pimple or infection based on your description. Cancers do not frequently occur in areas of repeat biting, unless you chew tobacco or smoke.

looks like you irritated it too much.

Better leave it alone. It wil pop when it is good and ready. If it is painful, use the cankersore numbing agents on it. Try to chew on the other side of your mouth, for a bit. That will allow it to not be irritated so much and ill heal faster.

Sounds like by you bitting it probabaly caused it to get infected and now it has a head on it. I would try to pop it and administer some neosporin to help reduce pain.

i would go get a good antibotic mouth type wash from your local pharmacy,and if you pop it you will get sum kind of discharge
