She's marking her territory.....

She's pees on your side to punish you or get your attention -
On the guest bed in marking - and she's jealous that she doesn't have your attention.

She needs to be crated at night - that will hopefully teach her.

If she's old she may be losing her body control just like humans do. As for constantly peeing only on your side, if it was an accident once, your side is now mark. Ever notice dogs peeing on every tree there is after sniffing it, it's marking it's territory.

Shampoo your bed with some bleach in the solution that should sterilize it and remove the smell (even if you can't smell anything dogs and cats can)

And you still have her? This dog has serious problems.

When a dog urinates on a spot, it is marking territory. Peeing on your side of the bed means she considers that side of the bed to be HERS and she is warning you away from it.
Peeing and pooping overnight in the living room is totally unacceptable. Your dog needs some serious retraining, and if you can't do it, hire someone who can. There are some very good dog trainers who will cure her of these obnoxious habits, but YOU will have to take a few lessons as well, to insist that she continue to do her peeing and pooping in appropriate places.

You did not say what breed she is but it sounds like you need a small indoor kennel. She may be jealous of your granddaughters. Depending on her breed and the age of your granddaughters you may end up with more problems than voiding on the furniture. As for why on your side of the bed, she wants to get YOUR attention, this is her way of doing it.

It could be an underlying medical condition, so you should have her to the vet soon to get her checked. If that is not the case and nite time is the only time this occurs, then I would really suggest crate training her. This will stop the problems as she shouldn't do business in her own bed and won't be able to get to yours.

After doing this a year or so, you may be able to allow her out at nite again and she may have "gotten the message" as to how the potty routine works or at least on a schedule where you'll be able to get her out when she needs to go.

Well, urinating on the guest bed sounds like a jealousy thing.
Also, urinating on your side of the bed sounds like something an animal does when they are mad at you.

If this is something that is happening ALL THE time.... I say
get your dog to a vet ASAP!!! It could be a health issue
and not an "emotional" one.

Good luck
