They look like zits. Can you get zits on your arms?

Yes you can. Just use a body wash that has either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Also use a loofah with your body wash. It helps to clean better and not waste all that extra body wash in your hands. They will disappear in no time.

More likely to be ingrown hairs than zits. I get them all the time b/c my arm hair is so fine that it grows back into the follicle before it it breaks the surface... They seem like zits b/c they often are filled w/ a bit of pus from infection and come to a head, just like pimples do, but from a different cause.Scrape the top w/ a razor to allow the hair to get to the surface, then use a sterilized pin or needle to gently pull the hair out of the skin.

yeah you can get zits pretty much anywhere.

If it itches, that's when it could be something else. It could be: mosquito, fleas (no shame in that, if you have pets, **** happens, bomb the house for them), bed mites, poison ivy/oak, etc.

The key is to keep it clean, don't scratch, watch if it spreads. If it lasts more than a week, go see a dermatologist. They can tell you exactly what it is.

Yes, you can. I have them too. I've had them my whole life actually. Sometimes it's Excema (adult acne) or sometimes it's more minor than that. Just have your Dr. take a look and let you know if there's anything you can do for it! I actually am stuck with mine and will eventually grow out of it, so if all else fails, don't fear...you'll be ok!

Could be boils. Try a hot compress every few hours. Apply cortisone if you have it.
