A boss wondered why one of his most valued employees had not phoned in sick
one day. Having an urgent problem with one of the main computers, he
dialed the employee's home phone number and was greeted with a child's
whisper. "Hello."
"Is your daddy home?" he asked.
"Yes," whispered the small voice.
"May I talk with him?"
The child whispered, "No."
Surprised and wanting to talk with an adult, the boss asked, "Is your Mommy there?"
"Yes."
"May I talk with her?"
Again the small voice whispered, "No."
Hoping there was somebody with whom he could leave a message, the boss
asked, "Is anybody else there?"
"Yes," whispered the child, "a policeman."
Wondering what a cop would be doing at his employee's home, the boss
asked, "May I speak with the policeman?" "No, he's busy", whispered the child.
"Busy doing what?" "Talking to Daddy and Mommy and the Fireman," came
the whispered answer.
Growing more worried as he heard what sounded like a helicopter through the
ear piece

on the phone, the boss asked, "What is that noise?"
"A hello-copper" answered the whispering voice.
"What is going on there?" demanded the boss, now truly apprehensive.
Again, whispering, the child answered, "The search team just landed the
hello-copper."
Alarmed, concerned and a little frustrated the boss asked, "What are they
searching for?"
Still whispering, the young voice replied with a muffled giggle: "ME."

it is cute but I can tell you the real thing I was four or five and I wanted to stay at my great grand parents house that night well I ask and my dad. He said no you have been here all day my great grand pa whispered to me go hide I'll take care of it I hide all right they had the police and was searching the whole area and I was sitting in a bush right beside the house. I though they were going to kill me I sat there for over two hours and did not say a word. I finally got hungry and came out I was on the verge of death because my father almost killed me but just as smooth as can be my great grand Father said you can not spank her I told her to hide just not that good. so I did not get beat but it was close.

Well, it didn't make me giggle, but that was probably because I don't get it. But it is ok, I have always been a little slow. But the suprising thing is, my hair is brown, not blond.

This is the SICKEST JOKE EVER!!!!! Why was that kid lost, huh? Was he being ABUSED or something??? Huh?? The parents played soooo innocent and then, kaput!! When they find him, WHAP! He'll die if this keeps up!! So, as you see, this did NOT make ME giggle. Not at all.

that's adorable!!!! My brother used to do that all the time, he'd take naps behind the couch and my mom would freak out when she couldn't find him.
