I have a good friend of mine and she has really nice skin and i get so Jealous. and i ask her wots her secret and she goes drink lots of water. lol. bless her. i mean it's not as if i eat lots of meat and stuff, like she does. I go and take a look at the mirror and all u can see is spots, sunspots and bad skin. My mum says ur in that age where ur supposed to get spots. but i keep getting scared that they might stay there like scars. i tried using lemon, to rub it on my face but my mum told me to stop cause lemon is very strong and it might make ur face swell up. I don't know what to do. please can someone help or give me some advice. This is totally ruining my life.

Get something to treat anything that looks infectious like benoxyl. the freckles you can't do much about except wait and hope they fade and cover up in the sun. But talk to a doctor anyway. Sometimes they can be treated with other treatments that are prescription only. Lemon is a waste of time and could make it worse. Retinol based creams may help - again - it;s best to get medical advice.

I can really sympathise with you as I didn't have freckles but sunspots and there quite similar to reduce/fade. I recommend the Alpha-H products they can be bought at the following sites, make sure that you choose the skin brightening products.

WHITE GOLD
Nature yet again is providing the answer with a more natural solution that is equally effective in reducing and helping to treat pigmentation. The reason is very simple... nature is loaded with beautifying properties and White Gold has it all.

Containing White Mulberry, Hibiscus, Cucumber and Grape Seed, Glycolic Acid, Licorice Extract to assist in targeting pigmentation associated with ageing and sun damage and clarify the texture

I would really advise you to try out hqhair first then the other site listed.

Good luck I do under stand how you feel x x x

go to the doctor, by the sounds of it to me it sounds like acne, which is caused by internal not external factor, if it really is causing you a lot of upset your doctor might be able to give you special anti-biotics, I found what helped best was a mix of tracing what foods triggered the out breaks and also when I started taking the pill the flare ups gradually grew less and less. Also using a good skin care regieme will help with any additional nasties and whatever you do don't think that going out in the sun will help, it will clear spots away for a day or two by drying the skin out then you will get a huge out burst ( the skin producing even more oils to countreract the drying out. Hope you fing this helpful.

It is really unlikely you have sunspots at your age (unless you have used tanning booths or been in the sun LOADS) so don't worry, they probably are freckles and if so they are very pretty on girls, you are imagining it to be worse than it is, trust me.

Drinking lots of water does really improve your skin, try to have about 2 litres per day (if the water where you live is horrible try a water filter, you can buy them in DIY/home shops). Avoid high fat foods, especially ones made from animal fats like Cheese, Butter, Lard, Full Fat Milk and Cream. Avoid really spicy foods too as they can upset oily skin. Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, at least 5 portions per day. Try and eat wholegrains - brown rice, wholemeal bread, Millet, Quinoa, Rye, Oats. Avoid Red meat if possible. Eat fish (fresh or tinned - not deep fried!)

DON'T wear makeup on your skin - it just blocks your pores - it is the makeup industries' way of making money - you put on makeup cos your skin is a bit bad and it makes it worse - so you need more makeup.

Get outside for 30 minutes per day in the daylight -it boosts your skin (your body makes vitamin D or E from sunlight) and it boosts your happy brain chemicals! Too much sun is bad for oily skin though so just stick to small amounts in summertime.

Wash your skin with a gentle cleanser - try and choose something without too many chemicals - if you can't afford an organic one then just use aqueous cream like a cleanser with cotton wool and rinse it off. Use witch hazel to disinfect any nasty spots that come up (your body will have to clean itself so some will come out for a while).

Get lots of exercise, your body needs to be healthy to fight infection (what your spots are) and keep itself in shape.

Finally, remember that all girls get spots and most of them at your age, and you will more than likely grow out of the worst of it. You think they look a lot worse than other people do, really. If they get REALLY bad then you could visit your doctor, but this is a last resort. If you look after yourself as above you will grow out of it more quickly

Stay Gold x

The problem is not the spots, it's you. If you think they're so repulsive you'll behave in an insecure way ( constantly thinking 'oh, I'm so ugly'...) with other people and therefore the spots become a real problem. There's so much more to you than few silly spots, concentrate on the good things in you and you'll emanate such good vibes people wont notice them!

Do yourself a favor everyone is an island and can be an island, accept you for who you are Im sure that some freckles or whatever they may be do not harm you, and im sure that alot of guys, myself included find that kind of thing cute, whats the phrikken problem>??? Stop being so insecure about your spots,

" we dont love others because of their perfections, we love them for their IMPERFECTIONS because that makes them similar to us" if everyone were perfect this would be a terribly bland and boring place to live.

They scar if you try to remove them in an unatural way, then you will ruin your face.
And believe me, this is not ruining your life, if this was all most of us had to worry about we would be singing and dancing.
