what to do when you know that somebody is doing black magic, on your family mamber-loved person???

Black Magic... do you mean Black Magick, with a k?
Magick is not black inherently. The intent makes it "black" or "white".
Just tell them to do magick for the right reason...

You pray about it, or you go to those that live upright and that are Christians you tell them about it. Number 1 thing is to pray and fast to be able to stand against the works of SATAN himself. Black magic is talked about in the Bible,
