Yes, but no one can guarantee that it's gonna look good on you. I have this girl on my college algebra class that did it and it looks AWFUL on her!

Just consult a good hair stylist for options on how to do it. In your case I would not recommend doing it yourself if you can afford to see a stylist.

why would you want to? Stick wit ur brown hair u'll eventually get gray hair
