wash your face drink loads of water and cut back on sugars and use oxy acne cream it will clear the blemishes right up

make sure you are eating, exercising and sleeping well - all that will affect your skin.
keep your face clean and don't put too much makeup or anything on it.
a deep clean followed by a good clay mask can really help. sometimes i have seen zits go away in a day or two doing that.
if you can spare the cash - this might be a good time for a facial.
that pro-activ stuff supposedly works too.
good luck ! remember, sooner or later it will stop - so don't let it get to you too much.

Order Proactive in till then use Noxzema and clean your face twice a day in the morning and at night

Seriously, Proactive is the best product on the market for acne. Sometimes your body just starts changing, and it can especially in your twenties

~Some ppl break out later than others, we're never done completely with puberty. But it cud be things ur eating or new things ur usin on ur face, jus be careful wat u eat & apply 2 ur face, certain makeups can break u out 2, go 2 a dermatogilist for ur skin~

you may be allergic to something you ate that was different . just keep the skin clean and don't use any thing with oils ..and if you use a lotion or cream that may make it worse. your body chemicals may be changing ...
