well what have you tried so far? the easiest way to get a girls attention is to compliment her, not just on how she looks but other things too. if she is smart, ask her after class if she can help you with the homework assignment. if she plays sports, tell her her last game was great. as long as you don't come off desperate or like your stalking her, it should work. the biggest thing is just getting in there to talk to her. after that, it should be a breeze.

I'm in school still too. Because I'm a girl, I know how to get her attention. Start flirting, but don't go overboard. Talk to her and her friends alot. Become a good friend with her. Girls really like it when guys will talk about anything with her. If she starts talking about girl things, Don't walk away and say that guys don't talk about stuff like that. Just smile and try to start another conversation. Trust me, I really like a guy that I can talk to about anything.

Show her your nipple piercing. My daughter will always remember the name of the guy who showed her his nipple piercing on the first day of school.
Of course, she'll never DATE him - but that wasn't the point. He got her attention (and the little alarm bells that went off saying "psycho...psycho...psycho" were just an added bonus...)

I'd say that giving her a note with your number could work. You could also give her your aim or your email.... she might be more comfortable chatting with you online 1st. Good luck! Hope she likes you!
