Definitely take these people's advice and see a doctor. You never know how serious something could be. You could ask to see a neurologist about it.

As far as headache medicine, I find that Excedrin works the best for me. It can even stop my migraines before they get too severe. By the way, migraines can come with side effects affecting your vision.

Hello~ I'm 25 and was suffering the same problems about three years ago. Nothing pain med. wise was helping. Definitely don't let it go unchecked like I did. I was 22 when I had my first aneurysm. I suffered from serious headaches, dizziness, blurred vision and had it for about 3 mo. with out getting it checked. I thought is was my eyes going bad. But, my tests come back to perfect vision. So, I let it go. I had passed out and woke up in ICU (Intensive Care Unit) 8 days later. I had extensive surgery. All of it could of been prevented if I just went to get it checked out by MRI. I'm 25 now and have had 3 aneurysms. The only thing that saved me is my veins blew out before they went to my brain. So, just as a possibility go to the Dr. and have yourself checked. Good Luck and hope you get to feeling better. ~Kendra~

Well there are a number of things it could be. From a problem in the inner ear to something in the brain. I would be concerned because of the headache in combination with the dizziness. She really should see someone. Could be in the inner ear. Could in the far extreme be something like a cerebellar stroke.

serious answer: The same thing happened to my brother 3 months ago. He finally went into the ER, it was a massive brain tumor. They operated, and he didn't survive. His problem was ongoing for almost a year, we didn't know, he didn't tell us...He told 1 guy at work, who told us at his funeral.....PLEASE get it checked out.
Please get some medical attention. It may be something as simple as a chemical imbalance, or your diet, I am not making this story up to scare you.
I am a nurse, I have seen it all. It may be nothing, it may be something.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

I have been getting this too.

I have been told (not by a doctor) that this is primarily due to dehydration, lack of sleep and bizarrely seasonal weather change.

Also a sign of generally being worn down. SOunds like we need a holiday - where shall we go?
