ok i like a girl who is 12 i am 13 her parents are divorced and i told her bro on the phone i liked his twin sis i only see her twice a month but ive been seein her for about 1 1/2 years how should i flirt and how should i tell her i like her also when should i tell her a couple of months from now or right away im a short guy so she is about an inch taller than me. what should i do accepting all areas of expertise meaning help id like help from everyone.

Don't worry about the height thing, first of all. You guys still have a growth spurt or two ahead of you. If I remember correctly, I was taller than most guys around that age, but now I barely qualify as tall for a girl.
First of all, just try to talk to her. Call her up on the phone to chat, try to involve her in group activities. I don't know if you guys are allowed to date yet, but if you're going to the movies with some friends or something, definitely invite her along. If she's close with her brother, she probably already knows that you like her, so if she is excited to talk to you and hang out with you, then you know you're good. If she's shy and never wants to go anywhere, then that's probably not such a good sign. If she's shy and awkward but still likes to hang out, well, then, she's probably nervous. It's not necessarily a bad thing. Just take it slow and try to hang out with her more.

ok ask her out next friday reason she probable be busy all week so try the weekend. do not ask her out the first probability you get reason that can make you seem to be your obsessed. also locate out at the same time as she has no longer something to do on the weekends so that you adult males may have a date. If she keeps on turning down on your proposals for a date then she's way too busy for a relationship. perhaps she in basic terms ought to be acquaintances reason she has no time for having a bf?
