I used to weigh about 140 pounds, when I left high school I put on 11 pounds.Everyone was talking about it and I fell into a period of depression. With regular exercise and going without food, I lost a total of 35 pounds. Now I weigh about a 116 and I am 5'3 inches tall yet very unhappy with my body. I feel fat and even though I have a beautiful collection of clothes, I am too self conscious to let my arms go uncovered. I think about my weight all the time.My parents think I am too thin but when I look into the mirror I see this fat person and I want to loose some more. I have had and still have all the eating disorders you can think of. I love food but cannot let it remain in my belly. Even when I drink a glass of water, I jump on the bathroom scale to make sure I have not gained a pound!!. I am really falling apart and I know it. Please tell me what you think can help me be as happy as I was before I became so obsessed with my weight....

Well, it's good that you at least realize that you have some eating disorders-most people in your case can't even admit that. The next step is to get some professional help and quickly before you cause some serious damage to your body. Start with your doctor who can refer you to therapists that deal with patients with eating disorders.

Good luck!

Your body is composed of many different things (Ex. bones, organs, water, muscles etc.). They all weigh something. If you have a big bone structure you will weigh more. So if you drink a glass of water-yes you will gain weight-but it's only water not fat, you will pee it out later!!

So you need to just look at the fat that you have and not how much you weigh. Women need to have a little fat don't forget.

Besides all the other advice-My advice to you is start bodybuilding. Putting some muscle underneath that skin will help it not to sag. You will feel alot healthier and stronger too.

Don't be scared of those weights, you need to firm up! Ask for some advice from a trainer. If you don't belong to a gym there are good website to go to for weightlifting for women.

Educate yourself on your body composition, and how your body works so you can understand it better. Knowledge is powerful and will get rid of your fears.

I'm the same way, you have to keep eating, just eat a little healthier and execise, what ever you do don't stop eating, trust me it's not fun, you get to into losing just a couple more pounds, and next thing you know your in the hospital because you passed out. If you go long enough I heard you start to lose your hair, which I'm sure you don't want to happen, just trust me on this, food is very good, just be more concious about what you eat, stick to the fruits in the morning and veggies in the evening, (fruits add some weight if you don't burn them off, which you do during the day) eat some meat (not too much) and eat as little candy, sugar stuff like that as you can

You can do it!!!

You need to get some professional help hon. You are on a path to self destruction and are slowly killing yourself. 116 pound and 5'3 sounds perfect! Pay more attention to your inner beauty and just do the best you can with your outer body. Eat right and excercise. Don't worry about what you eat so much if you are on a regular (healthy) workout.

Um no, on the grounds that maximum folk in u . s . a . of america are raised in some style of Christianity, whilst they get unhappy a lot of them start to sense that Christianity has failed them. u . s . a . of america is crammed with ex-Christians who say they're now "religious yet no longer religious", lapsed Catholics, Fundie Christians who left the religion the 2d they grew to become adults. maximum tend to no longer pass to different religions - what's the factor? faith is faith, and maximum being raised Christian nonetheless have slightly of this sense "properly Christianity is meant to be the right faith so if it did no longer help me, then not one of the others could the two." and then they lose their religiousness and become "religious yet no longer religious". There are some people who weren't raised Christian who look to Christianity whilst they become lost, yet no longer many. and that i could say that maximum of people who DO pass to Christianity because of the fact they're lost or unhappy, discover it to be ultimately unsatisfying even with the actuality that it would desire to have made them sense greater advantageous for a rapid time.
