The standard office urinalysis will not detect nicotine. There are special tests that can detect nicotine in the urine, but your doctor is unlikely to order it. Having said that, it is still best if you don't smoke. Look at the unfortunate people with green tubes in their nose riding motorized carts in your supermarket. That could be you 40 years from now if you continue to smoke. Tobacco becomes rapidly addicting.

The answer to you question is no it doenst. Nicotine is a legal substance anyways so i dont think you have anything to worry about unless you dont want you parents to find out.
