You have non-Christians all around you - perhaps in your family, many of your firends, your neighbors, your co-workers, etc, yet you remain silent?

Why?

These people are on a raft in a river headed for a waterfall...which will certainly lead to their demise. You are safe on the shore and are easilywithin shouting distance. Yet, you say nothing!?! You don't even utter a word of warning?!?

I would remind you of the pathetic comments of the rich man in Luke 16:27-28 and the strong warning from Ezekiel in Ezekiel 3:17-19.

It makes me think that either you don't believe in hell...or you really don't think non-Christians are going there should they happen to die. Or, you are simply profoundly unloving...

In which case: you may think, call, and act like a Christian, but you are not. (See Matthew 7:22-23)

Thus, perhaps it YOU who is on the raft.

And this is me, on the shore, shouting a warning to you...

Selah.

Thank you, for the imaginary warning. You are a good person, but one who does not know a true Christian. Christians will send out warnings and help others. Every arrow, you shot at the Christians are un-true. We are one of the most helpfull peoples on Earth. Since the Beginning this America, we have done many things to help you foreigners. You are too young to know ,but if you read the History books and the Holy Bible, you will see that Christians have helped all over the world. We believe in Heaven and Hell. Don't tell me who is not or do not believe in Christianity. Why don't you go and look in your book about Judgement passed upon people, who you really don't know. Don't Judge, lest Ye be Judged!! You speak with little accuracy. Try again, Selah May God bless and give you more accurate Knowledge, Always !!!

Ouch...that hurt! But so true!
Not everybody who says they are a Christian is really a believer in the heart, and hopefully this will jolt them and wake up the idle believers!
That Ezekiel verse always gets me...

Is the only kind of preaching that will count with you, the kind where a person stands on a street corner with a megaphone and screams at people how they are going to Hell "UNLESS YOU REPENT!!!" ? I certainly hope not!!!

There are unbelievers all around us, true, but that does not make them ignorant of the message of Christ. Many of them, unfortunately, have seen the actions of loud "Christians", and disbelieve because of them!

We need people who will walk as well as talk. Talk is cheap.

I will talk WITH anybody. I understand being talked AT is really dull, boring, and annoying.

I never get tired of these idiotic metaphors.

Here's one:

Atheists how can you remain silent when you know so many christians? These people are on a stupidity truck driving down idiot road on a crash course with an ignorance cement mixer carrying a load of intolerance and hate. And you just sit there in your smart car watching?
Beep the horn of doubt at least.

Those on the shore are afraid to swim.

When a system of confining scripture tears families apart, subjugates one life to another, breeds hypocrisy despite itself -- when the dogma ends up breeding only dogs -- that's when I sign off and look for a better story, one that doesn't declare my entire gender to be unclean and the root of the world's woes.

Wow, sounds like a good storyline for a book.

I have never really "said" it to anyone, but in this case...ST*U.

Who made you a "god" to tell people what to do. Trust me, plenty enough are not silent and many people not of your beliefs have to deal with the disrespect to their own beliefs on a daily basis.

Yep, bring 'em on. I've left scores of confused god-botherers weeping with their new-found doubt after five minutes trying to browbeat me with their pitiful logic and feeble knowledge of their own religion. I'm right in the mood to bring a few more of them over to the side of enlightenment and wisdom.

EDIT lol Devilsadvocate!

non believers are sick to death of words....they have heard them from a thousand sources. My job is to live and act what I believe and if they are interested they will ask and I will answer....I can't shove it down anyones throat. I have no words that are powerful enough to strip away blindness of those that choose not to see. That is Gods job and I follow His lead not yours or mine
