can anyone tell me the after effects of coming off Predforte steroid eye drops?

Under medical advice, my Dad stopped taking these drops last week and two days later his vision was blurred again. Has anyone else had similar problems? Does anyone know if this is a common problem?

The only thing I know is about steroid eye drops generally. They can cause an increased risk in glaucoma and increased eye pressures. The eye doctor should check the pressures constantly while on steroid drops. I had lasik about 4 months ago and had to use steroid drops afterwards. The doctor made me come in for once a week for a month until I was off of them.
