ok, whats like the best black eyeliner to get that doesnt wear off so quickly? I have this black eyeliner and as soon as i put it on, and blink after a few times it slowly dissapears and i have to keep reapplying!
Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a red stick, you buy it in packs of two, and it's real cheap. Put a lighter to it for a second, it will make it easier to put on and stay on.

It's really hard to find eyeliner that won't rub off b/c our eyes are moist and that makes the liner run..However I like Rimmel eyeliner in coal black and Avon eyeliner in onyx

"L'oreal Lineur intense" I've use it my whole adult life. Its a liquid eyeliner that you paint on, and you can get it in waterproof. Its super fine brush lets you easily master getting a good line and while its still wet you can smudge it a little to blend with your eyeshadow. It dries in a bout a minute. Its the BEST!!

just use a permant marker...thats what i use...it doesent come off for days,or even months ...depends on how many times you shower a month..i only shower one a month so it stays on for about a month
