If you've bags under you eyes it could be the angle of your head on the pillow at night, try to sleep on your side with your chin lower than the top of your head.

Use moisturiser last thing at night and first thing in the morning, when you apply it at night, apply it with fingers of both hands, working the moisturiser into your skin in small circles working upwards from the chin.

Put two spoons in the fridge to cool and then put them over your eyes for a few minutes. If that doesn't work try dark circle remover from Biotherm, it's a bit expensive, but work wonders.

Try to invest in a good under eye concealer that matches your skin tone really well. Also a light colored eyeshadow will make your eyes look brighter and more awake, especially if you place it on the inside corner of your eye. hope this helps.. good luck.

Allergies/intolerances to dairy are reputed to cause dark circles, but I can't remember why off the top of my head. Maybe cut down on dairy for while (not live yoghurt) and see if there is an improvement.

Best wishes.

Touche eclat, touche eclat, touche eclat. Yves Saint Laurent, quite pricey but lasts for a good few months and totally totally worth it!
