Did he like to wear diapers when he was a baby, or he want's to wear them now?
'Cause I can't remember wearing diapers, except on frosh day at school, and I didn't like it.
Does he want to wear them for halloween?
If he wants to wear them as a costume for haloween or frosh, or as a gag, no problem.
If he's serious, There's a problem.

Tell himl to find a babysitter that will change his diapers and then kick him to the curb. It's not normal. Sorry.

I would get out the phone book, look up a therapist, write down the number for him and wish him luck right before I walked out the door. Because that is just sick.
