Well...that's either because he likes it or he's just being an idiot (sorry for being offensive to him but...it could be true)
I'm not a girl so I don't know how girls would react but if I were you it shouldn't really matter as long it doesn't embarass you. If it does, then tell him to stop because...who wears diapers?

i would really be creaped out and a little concerned about everything else hes into. me personally, i could not be with some one that really likes to wear diapers. Thats kinda gross.

firstly, i would be shock to death but then on the other hand i'll find out why? and if there's anything we can work out together to make him to be a normal person. unless i don't love him that much after all and willing to leave this relationship out. if we are unable to face relationship as such there's many others that we can choose to walk away with as well so my as well learn to deal with it and if really can' t than it's decision time.
