Directly, no, well, unless you find a Buy It Now option on Ebay. Most of the items you find on Ebay will be surplus items or otherwise random though. If you know exactly what you want and need it now, and want a quality product, you are better off converting your paypal money to your debit/credit card and buying the item from a traditional distributor. (Digikey, Mouser, Allied, AllElectronics,.. etc)
