The above answers are slightly misleading.
Urologists deal with the urological system - the kidneys, ureter, bladder, urethra. They also deal with male reproductive anatomy because it is intimately linked to the urological system - e.g. a urologist would deal with the prostate cancer, or penile cancer...
HOWEVER, male reproduction (as opposed to the reproductive system) obviously can't be separated from female reproduction. The two are intimately linked in infertility and infertility is dealt with by gynaecologists, EVEN if the problem lies with the man and not the woman.

The urologist is the doctor which deals with problems of the male reproduction. Examples are problem if you have problems with ejaculation, low sperm count. However, the bread and butter of most urologist now are the problems of the elderly, which is BPH, Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia . Prostatic cancer is also common among the elderly population. The presenting symptoms are usually problems in urination, like frequent urination, difficulty in urinating, or even blood in the urine.
The urologist is for the male as the Obstetrician gynecologist is for the female. If there is problem in infertility, the couple should consult both. It is not always the female who is to be blamed for infertility. It takes 2 to tango!
